I always try to provide therapy in a way that feels personal, supportive, and meaningful for each child. I take the time to understand not only the areas they are struggling with, but also their personality, interests, strengths, and the things that motivate them. I believe children make the most progress when they feel comfortable and understood, so I focus on building trust and making therapy engaging rather than making it feel like a chore. I also work closely with parents because I want them to understand what we are working on and feel confident supporting their child outside of our sessi
