As a Physical Therapist, I create individualized therapy experiences based on each patient’s abilities, challenges, and everyday needs. I enjoy turning therapy into practical activities that can build strength, improve movement, and encourage greater independence. Will you give me things to practice at home?
I’ll give you simple, personalized exercises to practice at home based on your child’s goals and progress. I’ll demonstrate each activity, explain how often to do it, and make sure you feel comfortable doing it safely at home. I can also provide written instructions or videos when helpful.
What does a typical session look like?
A typical session is fun, supportive, and tailored to your child’s needs. We may work on strength, balance, coordination, mobility, and motor skills through age-appropriate activities and exercises. I’ll encourage your child throughout the session and adjust activities based on their comfort, progress, and goals.
